PicCollage: Photo editor and layout tool in one Although Layout from Instagram doesn’t have an integrated photo editor, it’s very easy to edit within Instagram after you’ve created your photo collage. The app currently runs on iOS 7 or later and will save your creations to your Camera Roll so you can share them across social media platforms.
